As one element of the Monument to the Pioneers of our solar system, this skymapping Astrolabe with Saturn illustrates its own navigational path and positioning. Saturn is the sixth planet in our solar system and second largest. It is known for its rings made of ice and rock, but it is not the only planet to have rings.
This brass planet sculpture on detailed astrolabe stand is hand-finished in the same process as those in the Museum of the Future's Orrery and includes an engraved inscription and Limited Edition markings on the bottom.
